We ship out from our warehouse within 2-3 business days from the moment you place your order!

We know no one likes to pay for shipping! So we offer it FREE on all orders over $100 Otherwise it's just an easy flat rate of only $8.

If anything is incorrect, missing or damaged upon arrival. Please let us know right away (please check your items within 7 days of receipt) by emailing us at returns@yccboutique.com or use the contact form here on our website!

Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 14 days of receipt of item. 

Items that appear worn, stained, have deodorant, make-up, pet hair, or smell of smoke, air freshener, perfume, pet odors etc. will NOT be accepted.

Returns are eligible for store credit only.

Shoes must be returned in the original boxes in original condition. If the box is defaced or damaged in any way, your return will be denied.

Sale/clearance items are NOT returnable, they are final sale. 

Items not eligible for returns are bralettes, bodysuits, swimwear, hats, jewelry, clearance items, and anything marked at a 30% or more discount.

Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
